At Fugen, we work on disassembly and dismantling of facilities and buildings by wearing full-surface protective equipment according to air pollution concentration. For this reason, in many cases, work is carried out by using thermal cutting for cutting equipment, but there is no welding face as a special option for full-surface protective equipment, and there is no release from manufacturers either. For this reason, the thermal cutting at the time of wearing the entire protective equipment places a heavy burden on the worker because the work is carried out while holding the cutting torch and the light-shielding face-piece on the hand. As a solution, examine a dedicated option facepiece that can be worn on the entire protective equipment. First of all, since it is assumed to be used in a radiation control area, we will consider creation using incinerable materials. In addition, it is assumed that there is a maximum visible range while following the curvature of the overall protective equipment. Also, referring to the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS), the welding facepieces shall be replaced with mechanisms that can be replaced in case of pain in the welding operation. It is also desirable to be able to conduct market research for mass production in the future.
